Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 2/15/2026
This Privacy Policy describes how DreamCub, Inc. (“DreamCub,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and otherwise handles information in connection with DreamCub devices, including DreamCub and CudlClock hardware, mobile applications, software, websites, cloud infrastructure, AI-powered features, content generation systems, customer support services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, using, activating, or interacting with the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
DreamCub is a parent-managed device and service platform intended for use by adults, including parents and legal guardians, for the benefit of children. All accounts must be created, controlled, and maintained by an adult user. Any child-related profiles, routines, personalization settings, or device configurations are established and managed solely through the parent or guardian account. The Company processes child-related information only as directed and configured by the parent or guardian and within the scope necessary to provide the functionality of the Services. The parent or guardian is solely responsible for determining what information is entered into the Services and how the device features are configured.
The Company may collect information provided directly by users during account creation, device setup, service use, communications, and support interactions. Such information may include account identifiers, contact information, login credentials, profile information, device configuration data, routine settings, personalization inputs, and any content submitted through the Services, including prompts used for AI-generated stories, songs, routines, or other customized experiences. Any information voluntarily submitted through forms, applications, or device interfaces may be processed and stored as part of the operation of the Services.
Due to the connected and IoT nature of the DreamCub device, the Company automatically collects technical, operational, and diagnostic data necessary for device functionality, maintenance, and system integrity. This may include device identifiers, firmware versions, system logs, error reports, performance metrics, connectivity status, usage timestamps, configuration states, and other telemetry associated with device operation. Such data is processed as part of routine system operations, product improvement, infrastructure management, and service reliability.
Where applicable features are enabled, the Services may process environmental inputs such as audio signals, sensor readings, and visual data for the purpose of executing device routines, personalization features, monitoring functionality, or AI-assisted content delivery. Processing of such data may occur locally on the device, within secured cloud environments, or through automated processing systems integrated into the Services. The scope, frequency, and method of processing may vary depending on device settings, firmware capabilities, and user configuration. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance processing mechanisms as part of ongoing product development and system optimization.
The Services include AI-powered features that generate personalized content, including stories, sounds, routines, and adaptive responses. To enable these features, the Company may process prompts, preferences, behavioral interaction data, metadata, and generated content files. Such processing is performed to deliver customized outputs, improve system performance, and maintain continuity of user experiences across devices and sessions. AI-generated outputs are based on automated systems and may rely on user-provided inputs and usage patterns as part of normal system functionality.
The Company processes information for operational, administrative, security, analytical, legal, and product development purposes. This includes maintaining and operating the Services, authenticating users, delivering device functionality, improving algorithms and personalization systems, diagnosing technical issues, ensuring system security, enforcing contractual rights, preventing misuse, and complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Processing may also be conducted for internal research, testing, quality assurance, and feature enhancement.
Information may be stored and processed on servers and infrastructure operated by the Company or by authorized service providers acting on behalf of the Company. These providers may include cloud hosting platforms, infrastructure providers, analytics systems, AI processing services, payment processors, and technical support systems. The Company determines the scope of access granted to such providers and requires that they process information in accordance with contractual, operational, and security obligations established by the Company.
The Company may disclose, transfer, or make information available where necessary to operate the Services, protect the integrity of systems, enforce agreements, respond to legal obligations, comply with lawful requests, detect or prevent fraud or security incidents, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or third parties. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset sale, or other corporate transaction, information associated with the Services may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to applicable legal requirements.
The Company retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill operational purposes, maintain service functionality, enforce legal rights, resolve disputes, comply with regulatory obligations, and support product lifecycle management. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, system requirements, legal obligations, and business needs. Backup systems, logs, and archival storage may retain certain data for extended periods consistent with internal policies and operational safeguards.
DreamCub implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. Such safeguards may include encryption, authentication controls, secure infrastructure, access restrictions, monitoring systems, and internal data governance procedures. Notwithstanding these measures, no system, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge and accept inherent risks associated with connected devices and cloud-based services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, securing access to their devices, and configuring privacy settings in accordance with their preferences. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials, unsecured networks, improper device configuration, or actions taken by users or third parties with authorized access to the account or physical device.
The Services may operate across multiple jurisdictions and data may be processed in locations where the Company, its affiliates, or its service providers maintain infrastructure or operations. By using the Services, users acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of information in such jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than those of the user’s place of residence.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, product features, or business practices. Updated versions will become effective upon posting or upon any later date specified in the revised policy. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
The Services, including AI-generated routines, insights, monitoring features, and personalized content, are provided for general informational and lifestyle support purposes only. The DreamCub device and Services are not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic products, and the Company disclaims any liability arising from reliance on automated insights, monitoring outputs, or AI-generated recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s handling of information is governed exclusively by this Privacy Policy and any applicable Terms of Service, and any disputes relating to privacy, data processing, or information practices shall be subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and liability provisions set forth in the governing Terms of Service.
